Partnering for Successful Projects

A Partnering workshop provides an opportunity for team members to overcome barriers to teamwork by establishing shared values and common objectives.  An effective Partnering workshop focuses both on building teams across organizations and developing action plans to address specific problems, issues, or barriers.

A Partnering workshop allows a team to effectively address both immediate and anticipated issues.  Through involvement in structured exercises, participants focus on issues of synergy and team effectiveness. Effective interaction is emphasized through identification of common goals, project risks, conflict management, lessons learned and best practices.  These exercises allow individuals who will work together on the project to develop insights that will enable productive communication across differing personalities, levels, and work styles.  Specific problems, difficulties, and issues facing the project are addressed.  Everyone present works together to establish norms and objectives to guide the team effort in kicking off a successful project.
